Cue: warm food with a cool concept. IBZ takes on Atlanta’s Botanical Garden with a nostaglic, carnival theme.

You couldn’t ask for a more brilliant setting. The Atlanta Botanical Garden was glimmering with more than one million lights that spanned across 30 acres of land. Lights in every color imaginable!

Come one, come all… and boy, did they! We had the wonderful pleasure to cater for 575 VIPs for the premier night.

Young and old gathered on this oh-so-chilly night, absolutely filled to the brim with holiday spirit, taking in the artistic atmosphere and luminous displays.

As guests were filled with amazement from the sights and sounds, they were also filled with warm food by IBZ: a custom fun-filled menu with some familiar classics.

The Lavish SoLa (Southern Latin) menu served from the IBZ truck included favorites such as Pecan Encrusted Fried Chicken & Waffles, not to mention some custom creations such as our Coca-Cola© BBQ Glazed Pulled Pork and the ultimate comfort food for a cold night — Southern Style Mac & Cheese.

Children of all ages: Step right up!

We featured a unique side cart for the kids, which included Dynamite Dogs — petite beef dogs wrapped in curly fries. What kid doesn’t love chicken tenders and macaroni & cheese? We gave it an IBZ twist, calling it Chicken and Cheese. The little ones enjoyed our crispy pecan encrusted chicken tenders served with homemade mac & cheese. Cheeseburger Sliders also were a popular item on the children’s side cart.

Sometimes less is more. How about a station just for soup and fries?

We offered warm Butternut Acorn Squash Soup, finished with an apple crème fraiche and a cheese straw. Not to be outdone, our Sweet Potato Fries, an IBZ fan favorite, were dusted in fire roasted marshmallows.

IBZ created three magical stations hidden deep in the gardens as surprises for the guests.

The Popcorn Garden
Many munched on assorted flavors of popped corn: white cheddar, candied caramel, parmesan and classic salt & butter in rustic barrels with silver scoops and paper cones for self-service.

The Giving Tree Soft Pretzel Station
Real, soft-salted pretzels hung from IBZ’s giving tree, which also gave unique dipping sauces like spiced pimento cheese and sweet house-made honey dijon.

In Bloom Kids Cotton Candy Station
At this station, we offered an assortment of cotton candy flavors displayed in baskets, each with a hand-tied bow.

Top all this with trapeze artists flying high above the gardens, along with stilt walkers and even fire breathers!

It was a November night to remember.

Our thanks to the Atlanta Botanical Garden for allowing us to add some IBZ flare to a fantastically illuminated wonderland.
